Just noticed Wreck posted this (see his full post here) yesterday in the Zavvi retailer thread...

Orders should be packed separately in their own box. Still on for Roger Rabbit, both product and packaging are now in the warehouse and think we will start working on despatching tomorrow.

For clarity, all new releases will be shipped in the new packaging. We have multiple warehouses and most of our current stock sits in another location to where Roger Rabbit is. All future stock brought will also go to the Roger Rabbit warehouse, but there will be a period of time where we sell through current stock that will not be shipped in the new packaging, which is unfortunately unavoidable.

I received a new card from the bank and updated my payment details on Zavvi, however the old payment details are still showing against my order for Roger Rabbit. Does anyone know if they'll use the new details or will they try to use the old ones? I hope it's not the latter, because that card is no longer valid.

When do they charge you the lowerprice then if they're not doing it on despatch? Do they refund you the difference at a later date? Please don't tell me I'm going to have to chase after Zavvi for this?

I've not been back through the thread to look, but did anyone actually provide any evidence that the price for WFRR was reduced?

Mine has dispatched too, estimated delivery the 22nd!

I have no idea. But if I don't get refunded and the steel arrive mint and fresh I'm not going to bother.

Not a good sign. Maybe over sold and now there trying to reduce orders that have multiple copies. It doesn't make sense to ship just 1 and hold the 2nd.
