The book was awesome to read. The movie doesn't really line in with it..but it does sure look exciting. I can live with the CGi zombies if done right. Only CGI can truley make good zombies.

This would probably be decent enough if it were a standalone movie, but I don't think it's going to come remotely close to how good the book is.

Doesn't even look as though it's connected by anything other than the name. I don't see any hint of the iconic scenes from the book like the Yonkers battle or stranded pilot. :(

I'm just going to go into this hoping for some good zombie mayhem, I don't think it's going to follow the book at all. With that being said, at least they'er trying something new with the zombies

Brad Pitt Is Back On Set For More World War Z Reshoots

More info......

It doesn't look good for this movie :(:(

Loads of films have had reshoots. Its just that some have it built in to their filming schedule and some don't. I've heard of reshoots due to the film stock being damaged on the day of the shoot.

It's weird how this book has had people say its really awesome or really bad. It's like one extreme to the next. I haven't read a single post on any forum say "yeah, it was alright I suppose".

going to read the book before i see this so i can say it book is better or the film is better for once woo

PG-13!?!?!? Damn it!!!!

That really sucks, obviously they want a wider audience to make as much money as possible. These days movies are just released for everyone. Go back 20 years ago there wasnt any of this nonsense and movies were marketed for adults.

I miss the 80's movies, tons of blood, guts, nudity and kick ass action....... Now it all cut back for younger audiences to enjoy.

AvP
Die Hard 4.0
Both were Hard R with Previous entries. Then they had to be Censored for more audiences to enjoy:mad:

I understand they need to make money ... I wish they would just be smart and make a few bad ass scenes that are gory, bad , etc. that make it an R rating ... then cut those from the theatrical but when you release to blu-ray you got the theatrical pg-13 or the directors cut which = R

This way us movie nuts are happy too and not totally forgot about.

Exactly and not make it like AvP, by adding Digital Blood and calling it Unrated:mad:
