Both versions are exactly the same, which include 2D + 3D discs. However, the only the difference is the bonus (one has the notebook and the other has sticker sheets). The notebook version costs $63 (not including shipping fee), and the sticker version costs $60 (again, not including shipping). The upcoming mini GB is for the notebook version only, and it will be open to those who missed out the first time.

Now, slip covers are different stories. They're extremely limited and can be ordered separately (if you're lucky and fast enough to get in their GB), and there will be a GB for them as well.

I hope these facts will help the new comers who want to buy this sexy steel.

I have a doubt now. When there was the first group buy, we were only able to get the steel with the 3d slip cover. I heard that there would be another group buy for the regular slip. If it is true, will we be able to join in this new GB?

If you took part in the first GB, you cannot get one on the new 3D slip GB, but can get the one with the regular slip. If you did not get one in the original GB, you can participate in both.

We just need to know what time they will be starting, so we can prepare and be ready.

Blue slip's qty is 1500 and White slip's (Regular) qty is 500.

I liked the way the GB's were done for the HDN exclusive #1. If I remember rightly they posted the actual GB threads early, with all the details, but they were locked until the designated times. Caused a guaranteed frenzy, but at least you could plan for it.

I know it's no ones fault that it had to be reprinted but its a a little annoying that the money has been earning somebody lots of interest for a couple of months and now new members can come along and order one and likey get it within a couple of weeks of paying

Surely it is better the way it has turned out than to release a sub-par final product? As for the second group buy, why would you begrudge anyone trying to get a copy? I can understand your frustration but I am sure this is worth waiting for especially since it appears it will be the only Steelbook release of this film

Just the pro's and cons of a GB, it would be a logistical nightmare I imagine for Kevin to refund everyone because of a delay with one of these.

I think and this is a guess, that the BF releases are funded in advance by preorders. The money has been (well some of it) paid to secure and manufacture the steels?

I understand people are annoyed with the delays, but all BF release to date have been delayed. If you can't handle that, then don't preorder them, just take your chances at release.

I'm pretty sure the op has offered to refund people if their circumstances have changed or they really don't want to wait any more.

I'm guessing its a cultural difference here, but I'm used to the delays and so far this has been (could change of course) shorter than Rio.

Exactly. In the UK you would be lucky to get an interest rate of a couple of percent.

I may be one that was signed up on the forum too late to be able to join in this original GB, but in my opinion, they would be thinking completely diferently if they were the ones left out and looking to be able to get it this time around. I for one appreciate all you do in getting these accomplished as if it wasn't for you, no one outside of China would have these.
