My copy arrived today. Managed to order it from e-bay months ago for £50. By far my favourite item in my collection. The quality is unbelievable. well worth the wait. I managed to get 124/2000, so am really pleased at that.

It depends if you're lucky enough to get in early and win the auction for a low enough price.

I actually did mine with a "buy it now" dealer in Canada. Got in there early enough I suppose. It has now made me question my outstanding pre orders though. Now that I have seen the quality of this steelbook, I may start now looking at the quality of what I'm buying now rather than the quantity. There are so many releases coming out and saturating the market now, and not of this high standard, that I have to now question which I buy. May stick to these high quality exclusives now and buy normal amaray blu rays for the rest.

My only fav' part of this steelbook are the slips especially the regular version.

The spine of the white one is different than the lenticular one ?

The slips have the opening on top and bottom so the spine is covered by the slip at the sides.

The slip sides are identical on both except the white slip is dark blue background, and the blue slip is black background.

Mines covered lots of tiny ones along bottom of back, a long one on left hand side and a few more. As you as you put it to the light its horrible. Its hard to picture but I've tried:

I noticed those exact marks and scratches on the first one that was posted in the main thread. A mod deleted my question about them

Considering the high price of these steelbooks it is really disappointing that the scratches escaped quality control. Does not make sense to delay the release to deliver a better steelbook and in the end it arrives with lots of scratches.

Yh Kevin says he'll arrange me an exchange. I expected a simply exchange but I just wanted to warn people in case they get the same and can then get an exchange to.

This certainly warrants a return / exchange considering the price paid. After looking at the pics more and more folks are going to be worried forcing them to keep their copy sealed or sell it.

Also black design on the back of the Steelbook does no good as most of us know that it is prone to imperfections.
