I'd love some emboss/deboss effect on this steel, but I think the first priority should be FULL GLOSS! That would really make all the difference on a black steelbook like this!

And Zavvi... just one more thing please. Just one! Please make it black and not grey like Rambo!

WOW can’t believe it.

Being the guy who first wanted and suggested the back art we’re getting I feel Immensely proud.

(here’s that original post from pg 11 if you don’t remember)

this will now take pride of place amongst my collection once I get it. Though I played a small part in getting the change of artwork this film deserved, this steelbook will always be special as when I see it, I’ll see it as my steelbook because the back is like that because of me. (with support from all those who wanted the change)

considering all the copies zavvi will sell because of this change of artwork maybe zavvi can send a complimentary copy my way

But this is a major victory for all us HDN folk, Not only did we got the art changed, but we got it the way we wanted it(most of us at least ) hopefully this is the start of us having more influence on the look of steelbooks.

So get your orders in folks, cause this is a piece of HDN history.

I had to go back a few pages because I wanted to thank you for starting the idea and wreck for helping make the change. I cant wait for this release now !

I've to say that i liked the first back artwork. Even if the new fits better with the front...

Personally I was and still am going to get this one either way cos I missed out on the Blufans GB.

My only wish is that this steelie has some kind of embossing/debossing and not just be flat all over with some gloss finish where it matters

Agreed, hence the poll request (from many members here) which wasn't acknowledged. Two clicks and you're done voicing your opinion, rather than writing a PhD thesis

I love the new artwork a lot better. It matches the front. I do hope that the material they use are not as scratch-prone as the one used by Blufans. My Blufans steelbook has scratches by the time I pull it out of the slip.
