I'm a Wreck-It Ralph Fan so I don't care about the value (each is own) I'm just appreciating the different design and artwork. I have the 2D (US), 3D (US), 3D (Hong Kong), Blufans Steelbook (Arcade Slipcover) w/ Notebook and will be happy to add this one to the collection!

I would get this one to watch and keep the Blu Fans edition sealed, but, it will be a while before it comes out and I am not going to wait that long to watch it. So, I'm going to pass.

Yes,I got it as well but the value just dropped or stabilized depending on how you look at it. I was going to get whole lot more of the blufans release but after this, you won't have as much leverage if the Zavvi release is going to be an option for future collectors and buyers. I remember not too long ago the same thing happening to the Iron Man future shop release after Play released their own Iron Man. The future shop's version hasn't been the same since.

Like the blufans release zavvi are offering a free gift you either get a spine slash or wonky embossed unfortunatly unlike the blufans you don't get to choose its complete random and I'd your lucky you Might get both.

I think the artwork looks better on the Blufans edition plus it has the cool slipcover. Since i've already paid for that one, I think I will just stick with it and give this one a miss.

I don't think the value of the blufans edition will be affected by this, the play.com Star Trek hasn't lost value since the zavvi release.

Bit annoying to be patiently waiting to get my hands on the blu fans for months, then Zavvi announce this when I'm so close.

I was about to pull the trigger on "more" copies of the blufans release. THANK YOU ZAVVI for announcing this now and not later. You saved me a lot of grief and aggravation.
On a side note, this is the ultimate under cutting that I've ever seen in the steelbook collectible format. I mean, on the brink of everyone getting their hands on the blufans version, they make this announcement. Wow!!! What timing.
