Anger towards a retailers' practices are to be expected when things go wrong. As consumers there is nothing more frustrating than paying money and then receiving damaged items or delayed service and other things that cause headaches. The 'I am not paying this for that' discussion happens every single day here. Everyone has to choose for themselves what things are 'worth' to them.
