The inside artwork seems out of place now. I'm loving the new back art design which I've campaigned for, but would be great if the inside gets a new look as well.

I agree top dollar. As we have no Vanellope or any of the other characters with the current interior, we could keep the 8-bit theme going with something like this...

With the kill screen we do get a very small 8-bit Vanellope

we're following up on the 5k text being removed. We (staff) have heard nothing of the sort, so yeah it was news to me.

Best way i check how many steelbooks left. 3 days ago Wreck give as hint from zavvi - less than 1000 left .so maybe someone can check this again?

Is this going to be matte or glossy? (Can't run a thread search on my mobile, for some reason).

This is a release that keeps growing on me. Still haven't seen the movie, so not sure if I want to blind buy the Blufans version for $100+... If this was glossy though, that'd seal the deal!

Gotta' be gloss. if this is a matte finish then it wont feel or look right.

Animated movies such as Pixar movies should all be gloss without question.

Hope it's glossy, matte is getting old and standard...glossy always looks better. Have this one on the way!

This might be the release I'm most excited for as I absolutely love the artwork particularly after the change. I hope for a special embossing just like the other steelbooks of the Disney collection got one, too.
Maybe this would look even better debossed. Imagine a debossed title and face with a glossy finish

For a change, I am worried that the front will be prone to scratches like the Blufans release if it is super gloss and is not handled properly in the factory.

In that case, would having the high score (5000/5000) be more valuable than the first edition
