Tbh i think paying over the odds for the play steel is laughable, the french steel is gorgeous and imo the best steel for this movie to date. The french writing does not bother me at all and im neither french nor canadian.

Ditto! Never had an issue with the French writing on this, which is unusual as I've always hated foreign text on steels!

Yup same mate, i usually hate foreign text, but this does not bother me as first class is on the circular rim anyhow. Only foreign text steels i own is Xmen first class and terminator 3.

I've sold the majority of mine but all I had was First Class and Pulp Fiction (Germany) - both bought as alternatives to overpriced counterparts
