Product Description
THEY WILL RISE TO SUCK THE BLOOD OF THE LIVING!

From the sleazy video nasty vaults comes a movie so stained with controversy and moral indignation that the very mention of its name sends shudders down the spines of the weak stomached and censorious Zombie Flesh Eaters. A gut-munching, shark wrestling, eye-gouging orgy of topless skin divers, mud-caked undead terror and Italian splatter from the dark imagination of horror genius Lucio Fulci (The Beyond, City of The Living Dead).

An abandoned boat in New York Harbour unleashes a deadly flesh crazed Zombie cargo... A Young American woman and a journalist investigate a tropical island where a deadly disease is making the dead walk... Soon, thoughts of getting to the bottom of the murderous curse will be forgotten, as Fulci s walking corpses overwhelm the living and reports come in that the Big Apple is swarming with the living dead...

After over thirty years, Zombie Flesh Eaters still has the power to shock and offend the unwilling... Check out this classic sadist video and revel in a wonderfully tasteless movie that once helped usher in a moral panic!

Arrow posted on Facebook a couple of days ago that every copy will now also include a reproduction of the UK quad poster :)

They are also working on the booklet to go inside, and they've said 'Its their best yet'

Is this any good?

Only if you really like very gory movies. It's by Lucio Fulci and his films are notoriously over the top in blood and gore. The dubbing is also pretty bad on this i believe. I'm not a fan of his films myself but I know a lot of people like him.

Italian films were notorious back in the 70's/80's for there poor ADR studios. Zombie Flesh Eaters was actually shot in English since all the main actors were English but it appears dubbed because of the poor ADR

film is a classic IMHO. up there with Romero's trilogy

And here's the reason for the delay -

***ZOMBIE FLESH-EATERS UPDATE***

The Zombie Flesh-Eaters DVD and Blu-ray have been put back a week to the 3rd December for final checks.

The Blu-ray will include seamlessly branched options to play the film three ways:

1. ‘Zombie Flesh-Eaters’: with the English opening and closing titles and the on screen title ‘Zombie Flesh-Eaters’ as it was originally seen in UK cinemas
2. ‘Zombie’: with the English opening and closing titles and the on screen title ‘Zombie’ as it was originally seen in US cinemas
3. ‘Zombi 2’ with Italian opening and closing titles with the on screen title ‘Zombi 2’ as it was originally seen in Italian cinemas

The DVD will not have this function as by doing so would have comprised the SD feature encode.
