i think the only way value is impacted is if its the same...Watchmen is very cool but its not the FS one. iron man same thing and if this is close its the same..Well always have rereleases but that gets more ppl who may not have the funds to get a german one to be able to buy a more reasonably priced one which is a good thing i believe.

This is quite a result. Also hoping for the earth/Zombieland logo like the German version.

As its a fairly sought after title, I'm going to put my money on play actually one-upping the German one. Just like they did with iron man (IMO).

Eyes peeled for the artwork now :)

Also just like they have with Top Gun, War of the Worlds, Collateral and Forrest Gump. Play are seeing it, and they're raising it.

There is a huge possibility this will happen, word is PLAY are taking direct artwork from German release

I bought this on Blu just last week... at least I only paid £3 for it though. :D

Looking forward to the steel! :oohyeah:

We try our best to talk to Play to try and bring different things to the table in regards to reprints. We're collectors like everyone else and while a popular title in general is inevitable to see another release somewhere in the world ... when we are in the know, we try our best to make sure it has something different so that way its popular to the masses and the collectors of our hobby.

The power that actually says whether or not something is allowed in regards to art always falls back in the lap of the CONTENT OWNER .... ie. The Movie Studio.

Sometimes movie studios can strong arm and just say "take it or leave it" and sometimes they can be swayed or other artwork or colors can get "approved". Its a detailed process and we're trying our best to do our part from our end and so is Play. We can't win them all, but just know we're trying our best to put forth the effort in hopes for a medium ground that makes everyone happy.

At the very least EMBOSS Everything and change the interior. Fingers crossed.
