well ive watched the first 30 mins earlier and im enjoying it, yes its mindless fun but thats what i take it for and enjoy it. same as i watched zero dark thirty yesterday and loved that but for a whole different reason.

It's good HMV have done this, why ? Because it shows just how well Zavvi are doing with their exclusives. This is a pile of ............. Not just the steelbook I mean its naff but the film is a pile of ............. As well. If this is the standard then they can keep it. I don't understand why people have even bought this, it must be just for the sake of having the steelbook for the collection nothing else. Easiest pass I've ever had. I really hope they can do better with the next release.

Sounds like it is the same as the US disc but is this Region A B locked?

Were those just the ones on display? Nottingham only had one left on display at the front of the store, but they had more behind the counter. Mine was pre-ordered. Came with small tears in the shrink wrap but no damage and it's getting opened anyway.

Plenty in Edinburgh! I'm a film snob but if I pretend this isn't a die hard movie, I quite enjoyed the movie when I saw it in IMAX, daft fun. Picked up the steelbook, I liked the artwork and looks fantastic and have the previous 4.

not sure if people are aware but there has also been a ten percent email circulating around from hmv where it starts tomorrow so can get the film even cheaper in theory

HMV should be applauded for their good pricing on this one aswell. £14.99 for a brand new film is what Zavvi are charging for their catalogue stuff.

When I went in just before lunch time there was only one on the stand at the front. I imagine there were plenty more in the blu ray section but never got that far since I pre-ordered mine so just had to pick it up.

When I enquired about this the other week, I was told the Birmingham Bull Ring store were getting 250 copies. It seems a lot though

Guildford store had 125 in so has to be more than 2000 surely..

My old man went in for me today, we rang up this morning to have one put aside and the girl said "we're getting 60 copies, I can't imagine we'll sell them all" but she apparently put one aside anyway.
He went in and no one knew about one being put by, and over in the blu ray section there was 3 copies left so he picked up 2 of them.
So if they sold 60 copies today, this could go OOP/OOS pretty quick?
