The German one definitely has the 3D disc. This one is listed as 2blu, which may mean that it has a 3D disc, but it's not official.

I'm sure that when A Christmas Carol was released in 3d with 2d disc, Amazon had it for £19.99 on release, so this could be the 3d version at the reduced price
