Had it in my basket, lost it before i completed the purchase. I just have to say FA's still number privilegies are retarded. It should be offensive to any collector.

I'm wondering if it allows people to put it into their cart and then whoever checks out first gets it and then that's why they disappear out of other people's carts. Say they had for example only ten to sell and 15 people placed in cart and we're going through the process and it takes he first ten people to finish first and he others it removed from he cart? Can't guarantee that what happens but

I don't see how anyone could have completed the entire checkout any faster...seems fishy that it sold out while it I was checking out. Can't say I trust this company. My fault, really, for missing the GB, but I won't ever bother to try buying anything directly from them again.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly how it works. Those with speedy connections and quick typing fingers stand to do best in these pre-order frenzies.

It sucks (n). I missed Elektra when it went live, and I ordered exactly when when pre-order button came visible. This time I did practise 15 minutes earlier and I found the fastest way to do the order.

I'm sure there was more than just a few copies available, you have to remember also this is a Czech Company and a lot of people over there are going also for the live pre order ! it's the perfect pre-order time for people that live over there, right after work and supper so lots of people go for it. Same as Kimchi or Nova, it's live for international and local collectors at the same time.

Just as an Example Cinderella FullSlip Kimchi Print run was 500 but limit was 2 per customers so that is ''250 possible orders'' for both Local and International Customers ? That goes pretty fast as well and it did sell out in a blink of an eye, so they are not much different from some Asian retailers with low print runs.

That's exactly what happens, whenever someone completes payment it removes that copy from the stock. Copies don't get 'reserved' when you add it to your cart like on some sites.

Well I don't think there were a lot of copies. I don't know how copies are allocated to the collector numbers for pre sale but the group buy had 299. Which only left 452 copies left by itself. Not that many for collectors around the world. And say they still collectable numbers were 300. That would only leave 152 for everyone else. Not a lot in my opinion when you do have local people and international people ordering.

There is an actual term for that. It's called being "cart-jacked".

I missed out on this as it never came live on my computer so that I could even put it in my basket.

I am going to have to join group buy's in the future.

To all your number counters. It not only HDN that gets exclusive items reserved. In Germany there is also a company that has a contract with FA for these releases. So there were more then 299 already gone before it even came on for still collective numbers to pre order.
