I am under the impression that they are the exact same steelbook, just the plastic piece inside has a different design.
Also, I read that those are not really new. They been around a while but nobody utilized them.

I have them on some old dvd box sets so no not new at all

DVD were G1 totally different
Previously when it was 5 or more discs it was a G2 jumbo until they started to use a new design so it did not have to be a jumbo

This release is only 4 films so it is not needed to use the new design

It's only required if it's 5 or 6 discs to use the new G2 Steelbooks

4 Films = 4 Discs
It was only the first film that had a extras blu-ray disc and not required for this release and happens with most collections like this been just the films only and any extras that are on the same disc

All that would be missing in terms of extras would be the extras from the first film

Lionsgate have previously released 2D/3D combo discs, as opposed to separate 2D and 3D discs.

It's possible a 3D release may appear in some other country if it's been planned

It's unlikely the first film will include the extras as the previous 2 collection releases did not include the extra discs that was with the first film Indvidual release

The other films the extras are on the same disc as the film
They look a lot extras but the extras run time is just over 1 and a half hour per disc
I seen lot longer extras on 1 disc with other film releases

The U.K. release It was only the first film that had extras on seperate Blu-ray and DVD Discs
