I would just like to know seeing as a lot spend their time in the forum lol care to share?

I work for a testing company, we do peripheral testing, software testing, USB certs, Zigbee cert, WiMax testing, DisplayPort Testing, Wireless USB cert, MOCA, XM & Sirius test, cell phone testing, soon we will do tests for DirecTV and Sony Playstation (hopefully!)

We also do some Zune testing and we rarely do some Xbox 360 work.

I do anything they let my hands on here :) lol pretty cool stuff passes through here.

yup, its why i dont bring my laptop to class because i just get too distracted and stop paying attention to the lecture. besides, i found out that taking hand notes helps like a billion times more than typing them up in a word doc or whatev.

I am a filmmaker.

I went to school to make films, so that's what I do. For my career I want to direct films. I've directed a short film that i'm really happy with... We also created a companion comic book to go along with it, so perhaps I'll try to take steps farther into that field as well.

For my job I work as a camera technician/operator with the RED camera. Which I really like working with. I'm hoping to be working with the entire RED product line (RED, EPIC, and SCARLET) when the latter two are released.

When my film career finally takes off and I can do what I want when I want I plan on making video games as well. I'd really like to make a companion PSN game to go along with the short film we just made, but I don't really have the money or resources at this time.

So....What do you DO?

If you're talking about jobs I think there are already a few threads on here about that but if you're talking about free time then that's another story. I keep busy making music. Mostly cover tunes these days. That's about it really haha.

I know we did at one time on the old site, but I don't think we've got one here. If there is, I'm having a hard time finding it. :emb:

I am in my 2nd year of medical school. Which means my free time is gonna go way down over the next umpteenth years :(

Other than PS3 my hobbies are running, fishing, and winter skiing, and maybe some other things i cant think of right now :D

I'm an environmental chemist. I get to play with radioactive meters and dirt. If I'm not in the field working with that stuff, I'm in the office looking at the data or working with other environmental related things. I also work with eschrumpf, Max and Astra007.

I'm a chemist like Off, but I'm in quality control for one of the big pharmaceutical companies. I bet some of you guys use our products every day. We were recently bought out by the another large pharmaceutical company and this place now has a timeline for it's existance, we just dont know when the end is yet. I'm currently taking online courses to go to physical therapy school, I just hope this place holds up until I can get in.

Good luck, I hope it stays there long enough for you to do your thing. :D

I don't like to talk about my jerb because the title does not entail what I actually do... I'm a Quality Specialist for an inbound customer service call center.. you know when you call and say this call may be monitored? Thas me doing the monitoring.. well, supposed to be doing anyway. I actually run tons of reports, train, and pray that one day I'll be CEO.

I wish I had a cooler job than working at a call center...
