That gold border part is embossed, so the outside border is needed in this case from what I understand.

Im not 100% sure how it works. Roger Rabbit was embossed though and that didnt have a border.

It did have a border, it was just a small border around the embossed Roger. That would have worked in this case if the gold border wasn't embossed, but it is. If they hadn't embossed the gold part then the outside border wouldn't have been needed. I think I like it better with the gold part embossed.

That looks absolutely wonderful!

Disney are by far the best studio for Steelbooks right now, their Steelbooks are the three best UK releases so far this year. I can't wait to see more Disney titles in Steelbook, no doubt The Jungle Book and The Little Mermaid are going to look just as awesome. I hope their live action releases are of a similar quality. I also hope they are going to do more Pixar films too.

I was so excited for this and the pictures have even exceeded my expectations. The colours are incredible and that embossing is perfect. Can't wait for the other Disney's!

Looks good but uninspired. All the latest zavvi releases look the same. Similar to commando, the town, nemo, I robot. Raised border with some embossing, single disc again. A true and tried formula we keep seeing over and over. Oh well....
