I have the book in my hand as I write. Its mainly photos, but what text there is is English.
WARNING to everyone who orders any Asian release Steelbook of Avatar- Extended, even the OCD's among you. Check your Steelbooks carefully, the quality control on these is crap. Scratches, dents, rubbed paint etc. Mine was sealed, but looks used.

Just received mine this morning from k2dvd.com and it's in GREAT condition.
I'm definitely buying from them again as they know how to wrap their items.
It's gonna hurt tearing the plastic to open this baby.

Used to be in the same boat as you and do not know how many times I said that I will never order from them, amazon.de, again as it was never a matter of IF you would get dented steels, but rather how many you would get

Ya, I had the same conversation with Andy. I think I'd rather get them from a member than direct from Amazon.de. Pay a little more, but know what your getting. This order, all 3 were trash!

I got my order in today from Yesasia if perfect condition, no scratches and no dents it was double bubble wrapped up!
I can confirm that it a G2, it has the Purplish Hue to it and it comes with a "Making of Avatar" Booklet attached via outside wrapper and its in English!! 3 discs with 3 versions of the film on it and a boatload of extras and a documentary.
I hope this give everyone else confidence in their orders.

I know Yesasia is cheapter but is there any difference between them and k2dvd?
What about the the Korean and the Hong Kong editions what is the difference if any?

well as u can read from my previous post u can see i was completely satisfied with my Korean Steel from Yesasia.
I decided to order a Korean one (Already have the Chinese version) from Yes Asia. Should get it in 2 or 3 days, as they use a courier to ship to Philippines, even though shipping is free. Usually bubble wrapped and boxed.
Well I ordered one yesterday and I was going by what you had said plus someone on ebay has one up for auction and it looks great. therefore I ordered one.thank you Black Sunshine
