I need something to match my Nova Avengers and seeing as I got rid of my German edition with the similar 'A' artwork, this isn't it :(

Might end up cancelling this and wait for an Asian version to be released down the line with different artwork. Or a nice slip.

I'm thinking I might cancel this too, now that I've got GotG and The Avengers with title spines I'm going to be way more picky towards any future Marvel steelbooks I add to my collection!

I don't think there will ever be a matching set of MCU films. I will just buy it, watch it and wait for a better version to come along.

Will most likely cancel once I find out what Best Buy has in store for Canada / US. I've stucked with the titled spines to date and would definitely be way cheaper for me to by in Canada now that the dollar has really tanked. :(

For now, going to keep my order just in case of some unforeseen issue!

It looks pretty good to me. To be fair, Disney couldn't catch a break whatever way they swing it. It's either got to resemble the HMV artwork or something outlandish in comparison, to which there wouldn't be any consistency.

But I expect there will be a lenticular version with different artwork on the way. :)

Eesh - at least the missing spine title on Mockingjay pt1 was innocent incompetence - doing it deliberately is maddening, particularly when the designer presumably thought they were being oh so clever.

The back art looks great, but that spine & front artwork are terrible. I know Disney do this to save costs for worldwide releases, but it boggles the mind that, in all likely hood, some retailer will get a titled spine, and title on the front, with the same design.

For Europe they are going to obviously change the relevant j card to suit each language, but it's not often they change the title on the actual steel to suit each language. They do, but not often. So why the hell don't they just whack on a proper title on the spine and front like the vast majority of steels and leave it at that?
There's bound to be one that stands out with a title, looking at you best buy, feel a GB coming on, so if best buy have negotiated for the title, why can't frigging Zavvi, or whoever do the same?
Why? Because they know it will sell out regardless.
I ve made this point in the past when people here saying the retailer is not to blame, of which they are right to the majority of that aspect, the studios design it after all, but they do have a small degree of input in what is wanted, no matter how small. Best Buy is an example, they must of at some point said to Disney not sure as this may not sell well, or probably not, but someone somewhere has said that it doesn't look right and we want it changed. Hence the steel we all want, well some of us anyway.

My point is if you are a retailer/dealer you buy in goods you think are going to sell well, if not you got back to the supplier and tell them why not, in turn the supplier looks at their product and looks to see if they can improve to shift products. It's called Feedback!! And if we don't moan to Zavvi, Amazon or whoever, they aren't going to forward our feedback to the suppliers, which is exactly what a GOOD retailer should do.

In a nutshell, I'm still going to flipping get it, regardless, but I'm disappointed with another release from Disney. Zavvi, we know you look at these forums, so listen up, because this could work in your favour, take note of what a lot of people are saying and pass your findings over to Disney, this could in turn make your customers happy and at the end of the day, SPEND MORE MONEY!! WIN WIN FOR EVERYONE!!

Long as the finish is nice and glossy like the first film, then it will do and match nicely with the original. Won't be the only version I'm getting anyway but certainly better than that last Avengers one with lenti which was just poor "IMO"

By your own admission, you're still going to buy it.

Disney have your money, what complaint do they need to listen to? 'I hate the design, here, take my £25'. There is no point complaining, Disney will do what they want. They're far bigger than any retailer. Disney US is a different company to all intents and purposes, they're only supplying a product for the English speaking US, not one that needs to cater for a multitude of languages in Europe. They can give the public what they want a lot easier. Besides, even GotG only had the title on the front, not the spine so they didn't exactly listen there either..
