Writing as someone that missed the U.K. trilogy from Zavvi I've just come across this Italian edition which looks to be exactly the same (based on the mock-up above, though only the front is visible) and the only differences appear to be the pricing - with the U.K. edition @ GBP 40 and the Italian @ GBP 17 (+ P&P I presume) - and there is also the fact that the U.K. edition has the rarity factor with the 1,000 print run business. Both contain a Bonus 4th disc as I understand it.
There is one thing stopping me ordering this and that is my concern that there will be Italian print on the steelbook itself and not just on the j-card/partial slip.
Even though the title may be in English I feel that some of the smaller print may not be - for example, possibly the "30th Anniversary Trilogy" bit
I only say this because I've just looked at a dozen or so Italian steelbook fronts and ALL have some Italian print on the front.

From my experience this steel will be indenticle to the UK release but with Italian print on the j card. I will definitely be ordering this cheap release compared to the over inflated Uk steels.
Oh man, this is just sick. So the options are having the Italian title (possible) for half the price, or English title for double the price? If it turns out Italian, I have a feeling that I won't be buying either one
On amazon france they show their version with the french title so if amazon Italy were going to have an Italian title wouldn't they have made their mock up to show that, rather than showing the English titled version?

. I've gone for both the Zavvi version so far and this italian one... I'll cancel one of those 2 orders once we'll know more about that 'italian' title issue !!
I don't know for certain and I'm only guessing, but as the Zavvi print run is 1,000, then surely Zavvi are sharing a print run with someone else? When I first saw the photos on Amazon.it, I assumed Zavvi are sharing with Amazon.it? I could be wrong here.
That is highly probable. Or maybe each country has a limited run too, but it is sold in a lot of countries, that shouldn't be a problem, especially if it is confirmed that only the title in the J-card will be country-specific

The last time I had a similar question when my order arrived it was not what I was told and it was easy to see they just went by the website photo to check my enquiry
The Fulfillment Center needs to get the warehouse staff to do a physical check on a product and unless they already have the stock at the warehouse the info they provided you with I would not take as 100% yet

Yeah, I was afraid of this. But at this price difference, I'm willing to risk it. If nothing else, this is good grounds for a later refund, lowering the price even more
Although I'm still waiting if anyone will manage to find why such a difference between this and the UK release.

Best case scenario? Yes. Worst case scenario, Italian title.
And in case if you missed the previous discussion, amazon.it uses normal cardboard mailer for steelbooks, so the chances of getting a damaged item are pretty high.
That's why I ordered this together with 5 other movies, so hopefully they'll send them in a box
At first I though I'd test the gift wrapped option, but I changed my mind.
