What did I prove wrong? Read what I said:
All their hardboxes are all the same. - They are the same size
The manaic boxes, not the JW and T5,
are all the same sizes. - If you read my post to Apo I state that FF Maniac box is wider. That's not a variation, they made this wider to fit All seven, it is still the same depth and nearly the same height. It's the same design.
The manaic boxes,
not the JW and T5 - I identified not JW/T5 as being consistent.
All their single editions are all consistent. Now they releasing XL - Their single editions are consistent. XL is the upgraded version and an added variation.
You cannot confuse a Maniac box that's a tiny little bit taller and wider such as the FF as a new design. That's not a variation, it's made so it can fit seven movies. It's still the same design and consistency. If you want to be picky I can say Blufans Rogue one is a little thinner than The Force Awakens. I identified the massive shoe boxes did not count in the consistency. I said 'not the JW and T5'. Hardboxes are the design for the double steel focused on primary on WWA and the WEA to the maniac boxes. They are still using the double hardbox.
XL slips?

Why are you confusing XL slips with Box sets?? It's not like they did a few XL slips and then changed to standard size slips then changed to something different because it wasn't working. All of their standard slips have been consistent since As Above So Below. Then they introduced a thicker slip as a variation. It's not like a skinny taller slip, O-Rings, taller skinny slips.
The only thing that is not consistent is the shoe box maniac boxes as you describe. FA realised it was too ambitious
So from what I have said they are still using the same designs.
Hardboxes - focuses primarily on WWA
Maniacs - focuses primarily WEA
Standard Slips - been running since FAC #1
XL - An added variation and upgrade.
The tiny bit taller and wider boxsets - not an evolvement

Made just to squeeze all of steels and goodies in. Not a new design by any means.
So if you line up all your hardboxes they are the same.
You line up your Maniacs they are all the same (excluding the extra dimensions to accommodate FF)
You line up all the standard editions they are all the same.
You line up all the XL slips they are the same.
The only thing that doesn't line up and discontinued is the massive maniac box sets.
Consistency is about keeping the theme and series the same so they all line up nicely together.
