Excellent. It's a good job too with the number of titles due in August, it could have been a nightmare for collectors and Zavvi themselves.

Good news, although recently the bubble wrap has been working I haven't a damaged one recently, I wonder if they will go back to the thin foam. I know you can fit bubble wrap inside those boxes aswell.

Great news indeed! I'm glad Zavvi listened but they already knew people wanted better packaging when they made the switch to the white box with foam a couple years ago (or somewhere near there). I understand they are looking to make more money anyway that they can, but people's emotions are only so elastic. Stick with what is right and your customers will be happy and satisfied consumers tend to be be repeat consumers. Keep making bad changes to tick off your loyal customer base and lose your reputation as a credible retailer. There were some really nice steels released in the switch over that some people received extremely damaged. It's just a shame that those loyal Zavvi customers were stuck with damaged steels (even if they were fully refunded) because Zavvi decided to make a poor customer centric decision. I love love love that Zavvi are making the change back to the whitebox, but that salt in my mouth is still a little bitter ;)

Ya good news, just got hurcules today after sending my damaged one back
and while i was at it i sent another one back that was damaged from ages ago, i was gonna keep Gravity 3d,
i'm getting my money for that one so happy days.

That's good to know- thanks wreck.

I Haven't purchased anything off them since V for Vendetta.

I still have the Indy steels on order, so it's good timing there.

Whereas it's great the boxes are back, the whole thing was a bit of a fiasco.

If it's broken, don't fix it comes to mind.

Great news!!! and I would also like to say kudos to them for finally adding a currency converter at the top of their web page as well! it sure does make ordering a lot easier!

thank goodness, i was bit worried about indy steels.
always got some penny pinching manager somewhere trying to save a bit wonder if lost his bonus of the back of amount of damaged steels coming back doubt it like the bankers who got everyone in the poo (we need a pile of steaming poo smiliey me thinks) :)

basil

ps cheers wreck

What a relief as I was about to cancel the Indy steels. Great news, especially for overseas buyers .
