Boxes back at Zavvi from August 4th

My Pinocchio Steelbook just arrived this afternoon in the mail with a dent. 
Does anyone happen to know if these will be the same thin white boxes that they were most recently using, with the thin foam sheet inside?
Funny how many people didn't seem happy with those at the time, but they were certainly better than the current A1 mailers.

Perhaps now they are showing they are willing to listen to feedback about their customer service as well?
Personally, I liked the white boxes, I love in the US and rarely got anything that was damaged due to shipping rather than a spine slash or paint chipping that would happen during manufacturing. I just wasn't too happy when they started going light on the foam.

Oh lord, I would not go that far, haha. But as we mentioned in our threads, all of your collective concerns and feedback were shared to hopefully allow for some consideration of different options. For years we collectors have held our breath when receiving a fragile collectible from a variety of retailers-especially when not in a box. I am looking forward to receiving my Disney and other Steels more securely. Another big thank you to our many members at HDN who shared their constructive criticism-hopefully other retailers follow suit, too!

I dont see why we should be praising anyone or anything this should be a standard from a company like this
This should be done long long ago and noone should be so thankful for that as this "must" be standard procedure for them. All I have is lots of damaged steels and no replacements at all. And most of the were out of stock till they reach to my address so I couldn't even replace them with the new ones...
Great news and time for a big sigh of relief, zavvi needs to leave packaging alone and I hope they do not do this again, felt sorry for overseas buyers too, was bad enough they did it in the UK.
i received about 12 steelbooks in the brown envelopes...2 damaged & 3 with very minor dings. Received about 100 steels in the white boxes....none with damage. Thank God they went back to the boxes!!!
