I don't think it is right to judge what is important to others. We all have our lives and our priorities and they are OURS and nobody elses. Some people are very busy and most of the people who have strong opinion most probably went through many Kimchi exclusives pre-orders and dealt with similar situation in the past in regards to server errors(intense ones) but it didn't last long as we either missed the release or checked out with one or more steel but it had a time frame even though their servers were a pain to deal with. What we experienced today, we were expecting at one point, for it to just go live and make our purchase. Personally I am used to these types of pre-ordes and stopped getting mad, but when it is something that you really want that is important to you it can just hits home and it's ok. We learn, and we adapt, and grow at our own and unique pace.

and we have heard many times in the thread that nova is doing the best they can and we do understand that, but each and everyone has the right to their own feelings and to express them.

Hi my friend, don't talk to us like that. We are not some common movie buyers or even movie watchers, we are serious SB collectors and we expend more than money to get what we like, enjoy and protect. NM can't come to us like some kind of experiment and when something goes wrong... the easy word "sorry" emerge. They should have know how we act when a tittle like this is for sale. Now back to the thread....... now we wait! NM will do better next round.

Hey guys, I am going to lock this thread until there is a firm update of some sort. While it is understandable members were very upset since the pre-order was to go live, lets please remember collector preferences vary, and each store has experienced difficulty at some time or another-I doubt any of this was done on purpose to upset the community. Thanks all for staying calm and respectful towards each other.

Would a discount be appreciated? Yes! Was it expected? Not really. As long as the second time goes smoother, I'm willing to forgive. If there are any further issues, hopefully Nova will let us know during the first ten minutes instead of an hour later. I think a lot of the disappointment came from the time it took them to inform us, rather than the issue itself. Fingers crossed things go better!

They said it themselves, it's a big learning curve. Why try to hit a home run with a release like CA2? They should have tested the water with a smaller, less popular title before swinging for the fences. No offense to them but you don't try hitting home runs when you're a rookie.
