Whilst the whole OP needs an update, I have split them into Wave 1 & Wave 2 (see Update 1 & 2 below). We are still waiting for more info on Wave 2 (or the other 6 titles). In the meantime I have re-arranged and updated the spreadsheet. Please let me know if there are any errors in Wave 1. 
This is now a Group Buy of Universal 100 Wave 1 play.com Exclusives. I will be doing a very limited number of these as well. Release date announced on play.com as 28th May 2012. List price of £10 per title (plus usual expenses).
This Group Buy is strictly for non-EU members.

MAJOR UPDATE #1
Whilst we await details on Wave 2, please can everyone who has put their name down confirm their request regarding Wave 1 of the Group Buy, also note that Wave 1 is open to multiples but limited to 2 per title. These will then be regarded as firm commitments. Due to the large number of releases around this time it is more than likely that I will sending individual parcels out myself, especially if you are on another Group Buy of mine. Costs system will be advised shortly as this will reflect a small donation to the site.

Due the delay in the release of the second 6 from the initial wave, I have split this Group Buy into Wave 1 (this thread) and will post a separate thread for Wave 2 for the other 6 titles. I still have all the details that you have all provided and will hold on to those if you want to update at a later date as they (Wave 2) won't be treated as a commitment at this stage. Sorry if it's a bit messy but I'm trying to make it easier for you all at the end.
Some of you will note that your position in the "order" may have changed, don't worry it hasn't, honest, also there are colours by your name: these are purely administrative.

It was limited to one per title (this is due to play.com's restrictions not necessarily mine). If someone in NA wants to volunteer to be a distribution hub so we can keep costs down that's fine by me, at the moment Che has volunteered so looks like we will be able to move forward from there. If Che could post some approximate costs so we can work some figures. My costs will be £1.50 per title, and a pro rata of the cost of sending to Che to cover the amount in full. Obviously if you would rather I sent the Steels direct to you with or without tracking that is entirely at your discretion, all I ask is that you don't keep changing your mind all the time.

The thread is taking shape and I already as of 7PM UK time on second day of posting there is interest in 113 steels. We should have more news from play soon, as I can see this happening quickly like the German one and hopefully cheaply.
