Agreed. They need to be more inventive with the embossing. The border and title treatment just doesn't do much for me any more.

I'm with you. In my opinion a steelbook with a glossy finish looks better.
We already have members reporting paint chips, b/c of the matte finish.

The quality on these is pretty poor. No issues with Finding Nemo, I wonder why?

You can get a 10% damage keep refund if you send them photos of the damage.

But I think my damages cost more than 10%, because steel is completed ruined.
Very depressed.

thats pretty bad damage, the box didnt seem to protect it at all

Sorry to hear that mate.

Zavvi policy is if the disc itself can still play than you only get a partial refund. That's what I was told by a rep anyway when I had a similiar issue.

yeah this would most likely be the case, but they have the regular amaray in stock, so i can still hope they meant the steelbook ;-)

A tremendous amount of this Fox wave has paint chips on the back. They all seem to be in the same spot on the upper left side.

True. The box has arrived in perfect condition.
The problem was inside the box.
If the box is perfect and steelbook is pretty damaged... certainly, packaging or transport are not the problems here...
