I'm sure you've joined a GB before. What difference does it make whether you pay 2 months ahead or 6 months ahead? You are still prepaying. As long you want it, I don't think it should matter. People here pay for stuff without even seeing the product first (ie - FA, BF). They simply base it on how much they liked previous editions. And this is HDN, people worked on this were/are collectors. At least HDN revealed the complete edition before accepting preorders.


Not tryna defend HDN here, because I can understand that price is...umm...quite a bit. But I'm sure their costs were also high. I don't think they'd mark up the price for no reason.

Best part of £32 (minimum) for a Steelbook Blu Ray that won't even carry the wealth of the extras present in the Arrow edition, and, by all reports I've heard, is visually inferior to the Arrow restoration is just way too much. Sorry Digitalbabe but I find it very hard to be positive beyond saying I like the look of the slips.

p.s. Yes, we commit to FA releases in advance - but then again we DO know the quality to expect - and we do NOT pay rip off prices for their products - unlike most BluFans, HDz etc.

Bummed I missed the PLATINUM, but grateful that I got in for the GOLD Tripack. I guess that is one of the exciting things about this hobby (collecting limited editions); you WIN some & you LOSE some. That is the nature of this wonderful hobby of ours. But if any PLATINUM packs do become available, I would love to upgrade @digitalbabe

Was totally unaware that this was going live today, so I was caught off guard. Very excited this one, HDN's #001 Black Label. This was a blind buy for me, so I cannot wait to see the film.

i also dig the front of the dark inker, but the flowers on the back are a turn-off for me.
