And the gift wrapping does nothing. They put what you order in a colourful envelope and tie it up with a ribbon, then put that in their normal packaging. The colourful envelope offers zero extra protection.

I received my 2 steelbooks from amazon.jp via DHL and I can't fault the packaging which consisted of a strong cardboard box and the steelbooks shrink-wrapped tight to a sheet of cardboard on the insde. They arrived in perfect condition.

I love how the Japan steelbooks are neatly shrinkwrapped and look 'Display Ready' without opening them

Got this in hand today and I really like it!! Also like the fact that it went through customs without extra charge!! Although the package with 3 from amazon JP I got 2 days ago wasn't as lucky as you would expect!!

Yeah, it's unfortunate how some Ebayers spin a bunch of BS to get somebody to buy from them. Hopefully all of our members here can help many others avoid falling prey to this by chipping in with some good info so they don't get taken for a ride by such gimmicks....

I hate when some Ebay sellers do that!! They buy it regular price and they seal it for 2 or 4 times that, and they ways use OOP lol and sometimes there not!!

That makes sense. If no other country is going to release this, Japan must be issuing at least 4,000 copies. I like that. It is better than having a worldwide release.
