Finally got through. Glad I took a break from sitting here and getting angry, though.

Nova needs to get their **** together. It's not even the errors that upset me, it's the complete lack of communication and letting this go on for 3 hours and counting. It's beyond unprofessional. Does anyone here think Plain Archive or Kimchi would let a pre-order go on like this without at least updating people? I highly doubt it.

Ah finally - after 3 hrs of trying when I could grab a second at work (majorly busy this afternoon). I thought I'll give it another go from home and it went through plain sailing.

Managed to get 1 x lenticular and 1 x full slip. I couldn't decide between the two so thought I'd get both with the intention of moving/trading one on when I can finally decide which one I prefer in hand.
