Got the tripack last week and have been battling with myself ever since on whether I should open it or not. What do I do!?!?
I open and enjoy all of mine. What's the point if you don't?
But, if you don't want to- just save and scrapbook all the pictures posted here.
And then you can just flip through it at your leisure! (And that wouldn't be weird at all...;)).

Haha, you're right, for some reason it's just tough for me to do with some releases. Most of my steels, I have opened, but I guess I'm just waiting for the right time for the other ones...or something like that.

Yeah, everyone has their own thing! I buy to open and enjoy...look at it this way- even if you open it up, there are still only 300 of these in existence. Still a rare item.

I'm at my wit's end. Well, not really, but I'm beginning to get antsy. First, I think tracking services on these orders are pretty much useless. According to the tracking info, my order was still in South Korea as of 2/25, which would be really messed up as kimchi started shipping these in early to mid-Feb. If that info was/is correct (it still hasn't updated as of today) it means it's probably still in South Korea! Of course, this can't be right so that information is totally useless. So, here I sit, patiently waiting. And waiting...

You and me both friend. I agree the tracking is just absolutely awful on these. No help at all, which leaves us just kind of waiting in the dark. I have 4 Blu Rays coming from there, all separate orders and shipped around the same time (early-mid Feb). None of them have arrived and tracking still shows the last update was them leaving Korea.

I got the first half of my order yesterday! So, basically- the tracking just stops at a certan point.(?)
It makes zero sense. I have an order I HAVE NOT received that shows it arrived in the U.S. The order I HAVE received shows no arrival in the U.S.
And, on top of that weirdness- The order I DID receive was K-packet. The EMS is one of the ones NOT here.
??

You do realize when you use the cheap shipping option it can take as long as 2 months right? That is why I always use EMS. 3 days max unless it goes into customs.

I've never paid $27.50 shipping for ANYTHING and I'm not about to start now but these do seem to be taking forever. I think the problem is kimchi is sending people shipping notification when the actual item is still sitting in a warehouse in South Korea weeks after the shipping notifications go out. There's a randomness to this that's just very annoying.

None of mine have ever taken this long. I always choose k-packet and the most they've taken is 2 weeks, often sooner. Not sure what happened this time but I don't regret not paying extra for EMS.

Just because you have never had one take this long doesn't mean it wont. Been in the business long enough to know that packages can take up to 2 months when shipping around the world. It just happens. I had 3 packages from Korea at two different retailers take 2 months not long ago. It does happen. Just thought I would share with you that it does happen. It has nothing to do with the retailer at all. It is the mail system.

Just ordered a Lenticular pack but now is a bit worried it will take forever to arrive. Still, my first disk from Kimchi, so quite excited!
