it looks like the release date coincides with the opening of there new website .
So i would guess no on GB ,as said site opens around that time and the print run is too small i would have thought to secure X number of steels to certain person to buy and sell on unless he was connected to the site
also release day is less than week away

Its normal when a sites being built coded and features being tested that its buggy and things don t work.
when you alter or add one thing it can cause something else not to work or not work properly and has to be fixed
They will also turn things on and off in the cause of testing,so i wouldn't panic .
try again later on.
just tried logging in and got in, but as said registration process could be effected.
can always try the usual stuff clearing/flushing your browsing history,cookies etc re-start computer ,
also try another search engine to try and register.
lot of websites are optimized for firefox .
