If this is being done on the website why on earth would you have 2 releases on the same day as a trial run, this has gone bad for all the other SB companies during there first releases. I just don't get the reasoning behind two in one day, I hope I am pleasantly surprised but I'm not holding my breath.

@Jaxxx I'm fearing the same thing especially Ex Machina w/only 300 available. I hope if they decided the same day it will be a significantly different time or it will be a nightmare for buyers as it is a newly operational webstore & 2 popular & limited releases

They should have never released these on the same day. But that looks like what is going to happen. I agree with 2 extremely popular titles with very limited stock this makes no sense. No one is going to be comfortable using the site yet and you don't exactly have time to stumble around while ordering when there only 300 copies available of this exclusive.

Do we even know the basics? Do they take Paypal? Do they take credit and debit cards, and if so which brands and kinds? Is there a limit on either of these releases concerning how many copies per order? I'm guessing we are going to need time to register with there website and give them all our key info.
I'm probably missing several other key pieces of information such as shipping. I just don't see how they can expect customers not to know these questions and be somewhat comfortable with the site when the releases for both exclusives are in less than 4 days. We also can't get acclimated to the website which is not even up. To expect this all to fall into place, without even mentioning the servers, is ridiculous.

Seems slow, and there isn't even anyone using it yet; I'd be extremely surprised if they have a smooth launch based on that. Glad I'm not going to be trying to get one of these!

I think they should randomly make it go live from time to time during the day so ordering will go smoothly without any hassles whatsoever.Much better than having thousands go at it at once with such a limited amount available.
