I'm just thinking out loud: wouldn't it be a reasonable idea for such small releases to select at random the few lucky owners who will get a copy? One could give 2-3 days for anyone interested in the release to sign up, and after that the fifty luckies will be picked out in some trustable way!

If a GB is offered- it is a safe way to get a guaranteed copy (with some fees added). Sometimes GBs will not be offered if the company selling the steelbook has their own online store that services worldwide. (GBs are usually for items that cannot be had worldwide.)

They have their own forum (Chinese) and their web store is undergoing tests at the moment.
