i just got the email from my boss:
GB will be delay,since all copies sold out in china in 5 mins,we will ask china universal to add 50-100 copies for overseas members,but i cant promise,if there is no inventory we will cancel this GB.

Lol, the FA edition pee's all over this. Makes me laugh how exclusive this was. Same steelbook as the FA just a different slip. Big deal. The main selling point is the actual steelbook on this one thankfully. The goodies are just a bonus. And FA will deliver based on what i've seen.

I actually really hate the slip for the FA one. Looks like they just applied some cheesy photo filter to an image in Photoshop. This one was much more fitting and I liked the idea that the honeycomb pattern had a raised texture. Would have looked great on display!

There was 1 copy under the Saving Private Ryan Mini GB that I bought for $84 including fees from paypal and all other costs including shipping. I knew I was overpaying because on the OP it says 198 CNY which is only $31 plus shipping would have been around $45? I bought it because if I thought to long it would be gone. Since I wanted it and there are only 300 copies I felt like Ebay might be worse, I am not selling this mods.. Hopefully I couldn't have bought a copy direct from the website but 2 weeks ago I was on that site and it wasn't ready.

Did they ever have a preorder for Ex Machina on the website for international buyers, if so when was this and did any ninjas get a copy? I would feel better if they have a trusted certificate and 128 bit encryption currently and are secure for purchasing now and future orders, which they did not have. Don't want to go back on the site unless I know it is secure, no point, and I had a security issue not even purchasing anything on a startup website that could have been bad, I would rather be overcautious.

Lucky you! That's a pretty great price for something there is only 300 of and never having been a GB or anything!

korean stuff and blufans is the stuff in demand now. taiwan, japan and zavvi are at the bottom of the wants list now for most people

It all depends on who gets what movie. If zavvi got an exclusive WEA to the biggest film of the year, then those stats would change. It is a fluxuating market based on supply and demand. Those companies that make the exclusive deals (and make the best product) will fair better.
