The german version has no banner or ratings logo. That is a clean steelbook as well.
My friend is picking me up a copy right now. Can't wait to watch it again. This, along with X-Men First Class, was my favorite movie of the summer.

Getting mines after work today along with iron man2 metal pack and lion king. What an expensive day.
I managed to find a local private deal for iron man 2 target exclusive and we're meeting at future shop to pick up lion king and fast 5 lol.
Just got back from my local Best Buy store in Northern suburbs of Chicago, they had 3 left on the shelf when I went in for lunch. Not crazy about the series, but I decided to pick one up for my bro-in-law for some early Christmas shopping, since these do seem to be somewhat limited like the last Twilight that was released and sold-out so quickly and of course Hurt Locker. Also picked up a Cars 2 and Pirates: Stranger Tides pre-order.... I like the ways these turned out, even if not steelbook or ironpack.
I just picked up the last copy during lunch.
This is the EXTENDED version so it's a must have for me. Since the German edition does not include the EXTENDED, then it's a huge pass because this movie needs the EXTENDED version.
About this steelbook, they put a shiny reflective around Vin's chain and Rock's gun if you put it at angle. It's actually pretty cool
It's hard for me to take a picture of it, but it stands out in person. So, they did make the cover unique.

i still think it looks like a bad Photoshop, i mean they could of done the cover sooooo much better
yes, someone could have made it better. For $20...why not... The title FAST FIVE is the better than FAST & THE FURIOUS 5. I'm not a fan of the series at all, but Fast Five is the best out of the bunch and it has a title that doesn't the previous 4 movies as it can stand on it's own...
This US and UK are the only 2 with EXTENDED version. The UK put it on the wrong way LOL..., but the US is G1...so both copies have issues hahaha...might as well buy the local copy instead

Is this "Shiny Bling" effect kind of like what is on the back of the Battle: Los Angeles steelbook?
They should of learned from Salt Steelbook. it was BB exclusive For

That's the right description "shiny bling" hehehe. I never open the back of Battle Los Angeles...., but it is indeed a shiny bling of Vin's chain and cross and Rock's gun. I like it...
I usually hate G1, but I'm learning to adapt it and it will go well with Sucker Punch Comic Con steelbook muahahaha.
In the end, ANYTHING is better than a cheap plastic amaray.

I got this as soon as Best Buy opened and I must say I like it. Specially how Vin Diesels chain seems to shine. Bling Bling.
I couldn't do it. I Almost did...
I love SteelBooks. I love this movie. But once i picked it up and saw the G1 size in real. It just felt wrong, so i put it back. I think I'm going to go with the target exclusive instead.
