If i got a choice to do, i Will say D, prefer some characters... Maybe the front of C could be an awesome 2D slipcover Artwork, and front of B a perfect artwork pour 3D slipcover (Frozen with lenticular effect...)

True, the UK ones does look good. I especially like the back art.
The front looks a bit bare since Elsa is off centre. Looks like a title was originally there, but was removed.

First of all, all full Glossy !!
I would love to see the A front, and for the back the C front (without the title)
Or other great choice would be, the C Front and the D Back, with lenticular A Front.
If Disney go for choice D (most likely), at least put the C front for lenticular.
Done properly, this could be a great release !!
