How come you guys don't ***** about them releasing a character again, like people do about steelbooks?
They are not the same. Always some (maybe tiny) differences.

Best exemple:
look at the Iron Mark I vs the v2.0 that just had been released. Some purist will prefer the v1.0 but the v2.0 got sooo much more details.

These toy companies and the royalty sales it provides to the movie studio etc. know how to handle the toys. ie. Notice that Iron Man gets a new suit (if not more) every movie. Same with Cap, Thor, etc. Same ol' suit = no one needs/wants to buy new figure.

If you are selling something that is niche and a collectible ...ie. $200 figure. Then you gotta change it up. Where as a release of a movie in steelbook that is $20-30 doesnt have to be changed especially when releasing in a different terrritory.

VERY RARELY is their an exact reprint on a figure compared to a steelbook. I still love them all tho.

For me tho, I dont care at all if they were to make Joker 3.0 better then my 2.0 to come ... that **** doesnt phase me as I'm happy with the super quality figure I bought or I wouldnt have ever bought it in the first place.

If for some reason I wanted the new one I'd either 1) buy it or 2) buy a head off ebay for a fraction of price and just replace. wa'lah. There's always pieces being sold on ebay from the likes of Hong Kong ... I think maybe some have very small defect or its factory worker swiping off the assembly line. :p

You got it. :) Wear my camera out with all of these. EEK! With my Classic Predator and then these three that completes all the Predator types from the movie Predators. :oohyeah:

So sick!!!! Can't wait to see them. That makes me want predator figures and I've never even seen the movies!!!!!!

I haven't bought a detolf stand yet so I can't display my figures yet. On a positive note, I got an HT brown box and the box itself for Luke Skywalker. The figure came in a huge brown box and the figure box was damaged, so I bought one with the brown box for $20 bucks.

I received it today and changed out the boxes, not I have an empty Luke Skywalker box :p but a complete undamaged set :p

I got this a couple of days ago and it is awesome!

T-800 Endoskeleton 1:2 size Hot Toys replica. Extremely accurate and well detailed. Love the blue LED lights and the red eyes

Certainly one of my grail collectibles. Just about have room to display it :)

Comes with a certificate, mine is 444/500 (easy to remember).

But... (sorry for the but), the size seems weird no???

Cheers everyone for the comments :)

I know what you mean, it does look a little small right? I was already aware of this before I made the purchase and had all the measurements set.

On some of the reviews for the T-800 collectible bust they said it looked smaller than they thought so I was prepared.

I did manage to acquire the T-800 Sideshow bust the rare chrome version I been chasing at a real good price considering they are going on ebay for around £2k +. Was going to save it for my man cave, but heck, you can see the comparisons below :scat:

The life size bust looks way bigger. A lot think 1:2 scale means 'half size' or 'half mass'. It's all done by ratio. Although this is 1:2 scale, it's about 1/4 of its actual mass size. Weird isn't it? So that's why Mr 1/2 size T-800 does come to be a little small.

I have the T-800 1:4 scale size endoskeleton on pre-order, and when you see that, you think it's small compare to the 1:2 size :hilarious:
