Snoo, we have to answer the same question for when FS's, Best Buy's and Amazon.de's Steels are constantly changing. It's going to keep happening, because retailers will keep changing things. We can't keep changing OP to live, not live, live not live We all have to roll with the punches as retailers change things in these cases.

Nope, it's just a well known fact that Zavvi always put up that it's 'sold out' before it actually goes up for pre order.

Yes but it's very easy to add something like 'Not yet available for pre-order' to the OP. Of course the best way is to persuade Zavvi to change it, but that looks unlikely if it's something used all over their site.

fair enough man, i didnt know it either that zavvi has this 'tricks' but some are not bothered to sit and read 5 or 10 or 15 pages of postings...

Snoo-yes for 1 thread it takes a sec. The staff here has dozens of retailers changing info by the minute and 1000's of posts to maintain at this site every day. People are going to ask questions as things are changing. It's what happens as folks join the thread who have not been here before, or are not sitting in front of the computer watching every change. Everyone can get frustrated, but lets not get rude, please.
