Mine showed up with 4 dents
complaining to them now to get a replacement
it was shipped in a envolupe no padding no protective corners
It cost me $80 and when fedex showed up they charged me $22 more
Think i will cancel my inception order from amazon japan

No replacement just a refund and I think a customs refund
So should I keep this dented copy sealed or should I open it.
The dents are small and not very noticeable but you can see them

You would think they would improve the packing.
Mine arrived today. and seems to be all good, but haven't opened the shrink wrap...

Sucks and sorry to hear JLSTF, and yes I hope you can get a refund on the customs fee as well. Those damn bastards for not knowing how to pack SteelBooks that are traveling half way around the world 
What's the exact difference between the Japanese Steelbook and Hong Kong Steelbook? Is it the blue banner on top?
Shellmaster, not sure if any of the Steels have a Blu banner (but I've not looked at them all). The general look appears to be the same, the Japanese ed comes with book.

Over 1oo dollars for a film, some of you guys have more money than sense..
The senselessness is brought on by the fact of it being Iron Man and limited. Go search ebay for Iron man blu-ray steelbook ( the red one) and see what those are selling for. Im a fan of limited stuff myself, and The Hurt Locker was limited at first in dvd size too and it sold for $150 a few times. So its not like money couldnt be made on this if ever wanted to sell. But im not a huge fan of dvd size steels to begin with.
