It is mind bendingly insane that nobody has made a proper G2 steelbook of this movie. Think about the movies that are available on steel... and King Kong, from Peter Jackson, a $200M+ budget, and no G2 steelbook, anywhere in the world.



Hint to any retailer like Kimchi or Zavvi or Blufans etc....

Make an excellent King Kong steelbook, and will sell out faster than you can blink.

you are correct....even when i'm not a fan of this particular film, a proper release is over due....instead of releasing the same titles over n over...

The printed specs back artwork kinda kills the "Reel Heroes" steels for me. I'll only pick them up if I can get them super cheap.

No worries, just be patient. I'm pretty sure they'll release G2 blu-ray and G3 4k steels for the remakes of The Son of Kong, King Kong vs Godzilla, King Kong Escapes and King Kong Lives.
