I don't often post images (never actually), but thought some of the less publicized Steelbooks should get some exposure:
Dodonpachi Saidaioujou
Strengths
- Art design
- Color
Weaknesses
- Matte/painted finish
- Back cover is simply the front cover with the characters removed
Rome: Total War II
Strengths
- Intricate embossed design
- Strong metallic finish
Weaknesses
- No back or inside artwork
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2
(It is impossible to get a good image of this with a camera-phone: with flash, parts of it are too dimmed to see; without flash, it ends up being too blurry )
Strengths
- Outside and inside artwork have a lot of detail
- Metallic sheen on the inside (hard to see in the photos) really make the details standout
Weaknesses
- Matte finish
- Monochromatic metallic red on the outside is striking but obscures the details
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles
Strengths
- Front and inside artwork design
- Color
- Metallic sheen on outside and inside
Weaknesses
- Back art could be better
- Wish they'd use a little more gloss or metallic sheen for the characters, but that may just be a personal preference

Got this on release day which was a while ago but technically it is the last video game steelbook I have gotten. GTA V steelbook from the Special Edition.

I only have 1, GTA V steelbook on ps3. Came in the special edition box and fits well with my blu ray steel books 
I voted zero, but then remembered that I bought the GTA V collector's edition, so that means I have 1. I'd forgotten about it since it's been sitting in the box collecting dust in my closet.

VERY NICE!!! Just ordered my copy off of eBay yesterday. I think this one is, BY FAR, the best steelbook for this game out of the 4 I've seen!

Got this bad boy in the mail last week. Will probably just try and sell the disc soon and put my PS4 copy in it when it gets released. LESS THAN A MONTH~!

Finally got my hands on one. Super excited, was able to get the survival edition off eBay..the steel is in decent shape considering gamers aren't usually ocd collectors..4 or 5 chips but nothing major. Wasn't sure where to even snag a ocd mint copy, oh well. Least it came complete with box.
