Should be more copies of this then ZDT ...

alright so tell me guys .... if I dont like musicals ... am I going to like this? is there enough scenes in between to keep me going or is this anohter sweeney todd that I wont like?

i think you will not be a big fan...its long and a lot of singing....i mean a lot of singing lol

I am not a big fan of musicals, most of them I haven't liked, but I thoroughly enjoyed this film. It's not the best singing all the time, but the acting is fantastic under the circumstances.

SO my store had about 16 copies of this...DOUBLE of what they had for zd30.

I look forward to watching this tonight or possibly tomorrow.I hope I like the movie... If not Ill sell it and keep the steel :hilarious:

I'm going to hope also because I'm going to be heading over to Best-Buy first thing in the morning to get this exchanged. I forgot to mention but, in the area where you open the steelbook (where you place your fingers in) there was a good amount of paint chipping, which could have not been due to shipping.

A lot of the ones I inspected had the paint chipping where the steelbook opens.

Loved the film, I think a lot of people who don't like musicals in general will still be pleasantly surprised when they see this flick.

My nearest store (Colony, TX ) had 10 copies of this, now its 8 :) almost same as ZDT. I suppose they will get sold out by tomorrow. for $19.99 you can't miss this one.

My local BB (The Woodlands, TX) seriously had at least 30 copies. There were about 15 on the special shelf at the front of the movie section and at least 15 more over in the normal alphabetically-sorted movie section.

My storew had about 20 copies. Sorry Ash, but there is no way this will sell out faster than ZDT

Sorry Rick, I didn't expect this to sell out faster than ZDT - Jessica is way hotter than Ann hands down (and up all around :hilarious:). I just want folks to grab it instead of the amaray since they are both priced the same. Let's just buy it out no matter how fast to show the studios and retailers the US market is and has always been ripe for steelbooks.

$19.99 is incredibly cheap. In UK we are getting the film in May but the normal amaray version is £17.

I got my buddy in US to get me one of these and he should be shipping it ASAP with Hobbit Digi and Argo steelbook :scat:

That's the spirit ! Thank you for your support of US steelbooks :scat::scat::scat:

Folks, just want to put this out there in case new members are not aware of this - steelbook decision makers do pay attention to this forum (and others) for more direct feedback. And if we want more US steelbooks especially for exclusives like this (ok Canada and the NA region) and ZDT, we need to demonstrate steelbooks are in higher demand than the regular amarays. Who knows if we keep up at this rate, Disney might just perk up and say let's do another exclusive wave led by Little Mermaid and Aladdin (or Fantasia)?
