thing is, disney always set their films at a rediculously extortionate price. you can go into HMV today and see standard amaray editions of disney films for 19.99. so i dont think these films are that bad a price. for a disney film.

The front art does look good. The blue silhouette could look very nice against the bare steel.

Ok guys... Mary Poppins is an absolute classic! And it is released in amaray in March so it is just absolutely logical that Zavvi, having a Disney collection, are going to release it. We have not seen yet what they have done with the february wave.. maybe it will be to the standard of Aladdin, as it is kinda in the same spirit design-wise... maybe not.
But no one forces you to buy it! in fact, please cancel or don't pre order as we will not stress anymore, prices will drop for future releases and we will be certain to have it! )))

At least they've put the effort in to actually showing that this will be mostly metallic instead of fooling everyone by making it look white in the mock-up. I'd like the artwork a lot more if they removed the carousel horses... they look out of place imo.

the art zavvi are showing isnt an attempt to make it look silver. its old art that has always been grey in colour.

but yes, it will most likely be metallic

Huge pass - live action disney film, out too early and poor artwork. I wish the collection actually had something to make it a collection not just random steelbooks released by disney
