The confusing part of my interaction with customer service is that they first processed it as a return.

So expecting me to return the missing item, or I will get charged for the replacement.

I complained about that, and now they've issued me a refund for LESS than what it would be for the return part of the order

(IE - refunded 16 euro and the replacement cost is 21 euro)

Ugh.

Right now, there is a new copy scheduled, but the system is asking me to return the first or I'll get charged for both.

They processed it like it was damaged, not missing.

That's unfortunate.

More than once in the past Amazon.it has sent me replacements and told me there wasn't any need to return the damaged copies.
It happened with the Indiana Jones trilogy steelbook and the Back to the Future trilogy steelbook.

With this influx of releases over the past couple of months i'm glad I got out of the Mondo X collecting game.

They are stellar steelbooks but at the rate they're pumping them out at the moment I wouldn't have been able to keep up affordability wise plus I don't have much interest in the older Disney movies, atleast collecting as steelbooks anyway so the OCD completest in me is off the hook this time round

So 5 releases per year average. If we see release #60 by years end then that'll be something , sure. But for now other premium labels pour out stuff at a much higher and more expensive cost to the consumer rate.

Heck I dont even have all the new mondos yet (nor are they all on the way) , always fun to take your time with stuff and give you something to hunt after later anyways. Especially when its not like a limited to 300 full slip or something. So at least I can hunt for them later at decent prices even if it sells out.

Same here. Not in a rush to get the recent Euro releases. Maybe it will drop in price.

After buying Batman v Superman and Justice League I wasn't sure if I would grab the other 5 Warner titles.
Then I kept buying the Disneys. Then Pet Sematary. Now the buy 2 get 1 free promo at Amazon Germany made me do it. I added
the German glossy Running Man steelbook with the PET slip to make it 6 steelbooks.

So I guess I'll keep collecting the Mondo X line now that I'll have a complete collection again.

Even with 2 free steelbooks after shipping and conversion the total was $166 Canadian for 5 steelbooks I don't even like and a 6th that is Region B that I can't play.

Damn you Mondo X!!!!

You're right. I don't see it anymore. The promotion said it was on from Feb. 14th to the 18th. Today being the 18th I thought it would still be on.
