So I ordered the 5 non-superhero Warner Mondo X steelbooks from Amazon Germany on Sunday. They were shipped on Monday and I received them here in Canada on Thursday. My previous Mondo X shipment from Amazon Italy with DHL was just as quick.
I really like DHL delivery.

I didn't realize when looking at previous posted photos that the 7 Warner Mondos are consistent with the silver metallic titles on the PET slips. Really nice! I wasn't really thrilled with the look of any of these 5 Mondo titles but in hand with the slips on them I think they look good. The slips really make them look sharp. OK except for maybe 300. I don't anything could possibly save that one.

So these are the 6 steelbooks that I received on Thursday from Germany. One of these things is not like the others.

I have Reservoir Dogs purchased a while ago but never had that slip with it... So I'm wondering if it's me missing it... I think it is, which really ******* sucks

yeah, all mondo x steels have the plastic slipcover, reservoir dogs included

that sucks.. doubt there'll be lot of opportunities to find a seperate slipcover.. but at least the release itself is not super rare and expensive..

Probably a good guess. I’d prefer another Disney movie I don’t already have a steelbook for though. Most of these Mondo Disney have for that for me. And I guess since 37 is pet semetary that’ll be the end of the Disney streak...

At this point I'm wondering even if Zavvi doesn't sell through, they have less of incentive to drop the price since they off loaded a bunch to FYE.

Interesting. I did noticed TLM still had the UK rating logo, so I did assume it was the same stock and not a US print run.

I wonder what they means for other Zavvi’s going forward or if this is just something with the Mondo X Disneys.

Hopefully moving away from Disney/Pixar releases for a little while. I’d love to see them do Hot Fuzz and The World’s End to match Tyler Stout’s Shaun of the Dead.
