I inform to people, Kimchidvd exclusive & Blufans exclusive steelbooks is made in China. Finally, China steelbook quaility is so terrible. And they sell expensive price. So, I doubt their exclusive steelbook next time. They need check quality. Monsters Inc. steelbook was terrible condition. :(

Please be objective! Your issue might not be representing the whole.
There are some quality steelbooks made in China recently.
I have some Future Shop steelbooks have the scratched and paint-chipped problems as well.

I think you probably just a bit unlucky mate and to blame Chineese steelbooks as a whole is a bit harsh mate and to be honest ive had damage from US, Canadian and UK steels before! I agree they are a little bit dearer but I think that alot to do with shipping charges as well. Also I think asian steels as a whole are really well made and beautifully designed :)

If I will receive replacement, it is same. Most of this title got same problem. Kimchidvd have to check the quality or change to Demark Scanavo.

if you have problem, you first ask store or shop for replacement, after replacement, you do not like steelbook quality, just ask for refund.

you have bad luck in your steel, you just blame all of steelbook made from china ? please be objective. this kind of attitude is not very good.

check look around your environment, all product made from china, you use china made product everyday.

for example, FS has lots of damage, and spine clash etc. did they sourced from china ?

IM3 German, most of release has same problem like paint chip on same corner and same position, do you think IM3 German made from china

but nobody does not blame Denmark and China here.

This is matter of quality inspection, you have bad luck, just ask for your store manager to exchange new one if they have. or refund for quality issue.

recently I received 15 IM3 German from amazon.de, I did not blame amazon, just ask for replacement then I found paint chip free IM3.

now I'm happy with this.

after open the steelbook, if you found any gift missing in the steelbook,

please ask kimchi to send you for replacement or extra gift.

ekkk...every extra gift is in the steelbook, not outside.
 
First of all, I'm sorry what I said Chinese steelbook is terrible. Maybe, I was upset about this steelbook quality. But, I hope they(Korean distributor) need to check the quality. I'm sorry.
 
Basically, your parcel has been handed over to the airport. Next status will tell you that they've received it, then they'll book it on a flight.

You're waiting for the same. Acknowledgement that they've got it and then waiting to be assigned a flight number.

At what point does this become an issue. It's been sitting in the airport for 3 days now still no movement. Not had experience with steelbooks from Korea before but never had this delay from Japan, Canada or USA. Any one have had this before and know any timescale or when I should contact kimchi to find out what's happening with it?

Did you pay for EMS or Registered Mail????

EMS will go straight away, Registered Mail will sit for a few days.
 
Can't find the original order email but the one I got through when the item was shipped on Sunday says carrier K PACKET. Cost was over $30 for postage.

KPacket is not the fastest shipping option, so theres no problem with your package. It'll be loaded onto the aircraft in due course.

Probably take about 4-7 days longer to arrive than EMS.

received my copies today with no custom charges. Parcel Force f**ked up thou by delivering them to the street behind me. Lucky the people at that address brought them around to me. To think that they come all the way from S.Korea and then some plonker of a delivery driver cant read the address right. To make it worse my address was written in 4 different places on the front of the parcel, pr*t. I phoned up Parcel Force to complain, the women on the other end was very apologetic and said that the driver would be spoken too. As she went to put the phone down I said how can you speak to the driver when you haven't even asked for the tracking #. Both pr*ts.
