It's the same as always with Nova, They really need to sort their servers out, this is unacceptable.

I remember reading something from Nova, I could be wrong but 99% sure it was Nova that made a statement apologizing about their server issues and that they were doing ''as best as they could'' as they could not afford better servers which would have been similar to Amazon ones. I'm pretty sure it was an official statement from Nova.
