I have a suggestion, since the print run is split between international and domestic (same amount for both regions), to alleviate the server traffic in order to run more smoothly, wouldn't it make sense that the domestic and international pre-orders have 2 different pre-order time so they are not overwhelmed with both international and domestic server traffic at the same time ? traffic would be split in half if they would do one launch for domestic and another launch for international buyers ?

Today I received the CA2s. The packaging was BY FAR the best I ever have seen by a retailer. The amount of bubblewrap was huge.
Both came in minty-mint condition.
No customs because they let you decide which value they should claim
Great!

With CA:TWS it took 8 days from posting until I picked it up at the post office.

Btw, anybody else did who hasn't received a dispatch email on Lone Survivor? When I check my account it says complete/shipped but without the email I can't track it or know when it actually shipped.

Edit: found the tracking # on the site, didn't see the "shipments" link in my order before now.

I've forgotten my password and did the usual to get a link to reset it but no email arrived. So I tried creating a new account (using a different email) and they say confirmation will be sent to activate my account but again nothing. I've tried contacting them about this problem but just get a message error! Is there another email address I could contact someone?
