Over the past four days, I have sent them two Emails (one regarding Drive, the other regarding Frances Ha) and neither have had a response, which is weird as they usually are quite good. My only conclusion is that they are completely overwhelmed so are taking things slowly...

Still no activation email for me but I thought I'd try my luck at logging in with details I registered with and it just worked and let me log in. Fingers crossed my account is properly activated and I can purchase without any problems.

Yeah they will reply in a matter of hours on FB, contacted them that way on my damaged Cap 2 steel and it was sorted within a day. They can take ages by email or through their site.

Typically how long does it take for Nova to send out links to activate new accounts? I figured it would have been automatic but I've been waiting over an hour and resent the request and still nothing. If they do it manually I suppose the wait would make sense because its the middle of the night in Korea.

As I said above I´ve yet to get one one but I can log in, I created my account yesterday, and did a resend activation but not gotten the first or the second

Haven't had any problems with NovaMedia so far, received their confirmation email within a few minuts, and all of my orders have been delivered within 1,5 week! Very good service imo.

Don't worry about it, that feature doesn't work (yet?). Just pay with PayPal in the usual manner when placing your order.

It's possible you have to acquire a certain amount of points before you can use them
