- The steelbook illustration is by Krzysztof Domaradzki.
- The artwork for the slipbox was used previously for the Oldboy vinyl LP. It was co-ordinated by Nicolas Winding Refn, the director of Drive, and illustrated by Laurent Durieux. The director of Oldboy Park Chan-wook wanted one of our editions to feature this artwork so we reached out to Milan Records and illustrator Laurent Durieux. You'll be able to see more of the artwork since parts of the top and bottom were cropped out for the vinyl LP.

There isn't a hammer inside the box @C.C. 95. Those were pictures from an earlier boxset that has been released. Plain's boxset doesn't include a hammer!

There's no hammer... those were pics I posted of my UK DVD trilogy boxset that came with a hammer/bottle opener

Not sure but it did say the limited edition set would have a book so maybe that is heavy?

It will be available to purchase for international customers once the preorder goes up in September. The only version that (currently) will not be available internationally is the boxset edition (and they are rethinking that).

16th of september is a friday, friday is the usual day for Plain's preoders, so maybe it's the confirmation that the preoder for Old Boy's steelbook will be the 16th (as they announced that the preorder will be around mid september). As this preorder will be a big event for them (and for us) they can't manage it in the same time the the start of the shipping for keepcase's edition.

Disc 3, exclusive to Steelbook, will feature interviews for Old Days that didn't make the final cut. For five months, we've travelled across South Korea to interview 40 people.
Interviews on Disc 3 will be categorized into 19 sections as listed below. The total runtime is approximately 3 hours.

This series of never-before-seen interviews with the cast and crew of Oldboy marks a new point in Korean Blu-ray publishing history as we interviewed the largest number of people for a Blu-ray release.
